N\u00eb dokumentin, t\u00eb cilin e ka siguruar KALLXO.com, q\u00eb mban dat\u00ebn 08.01.2025, n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve u ndalohet paraqitja e q\u00ebndrimeve zyrtare q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin institucionit t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islame t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe personave kompetent\u00eb t\u00eb saj, u ndalohet dh\u00ebnia e fetvave p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme fetare pa autorizim, u ndalohet paraqitja e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre personale politike dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb fushata politike zgjedhore.<\/p>\n

Sipas dokumentit q\u00eb mban n\u00ebnshkrimin e myftiut Naim T\u00ebrnava, \u00e7do veprim i till\u00eb konsiderohet shkelje e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb BIK-ut, ligjeve dhe akteve t\u00eb tjera normative, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka edhe do t\u00eb sanksionohen.<\/p>\n
