Paneli Zgjedhor p\u00ebr Ankesa dhe Prapashtesa (PZAP) ka d\u00ebnuar me 4,500 euro Koalicionin p\u00ebr Familjen pas Ankes\u00ebs s\u00eb organizatave CEL Kosova dhe Dylberiz\u00ebm, me pretendimin se an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e koalicionit kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur gjuhe fyese e diskriminuese ndaj komunitetit LGBT+, promovimin e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, frik\u00eb ndaj qytetar\u00ebve dhe nxitje t\u00eb urrejtjes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, sipas arsyetimit t\u00eb PZAP-s\u00eb,<\/a> thuhet se m\u00eb dat\u00eb 19.01.2025, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ankesave t\u00eb pranuara, ka dalur se an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb \u2018Koalicionit p\u00ebr familjen\u2019, n\u00eb disa tubime t\u00eb mbajtura n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Pej\u00eb dhe n\u00eb televizione t\u00eb ndryshme dhe p\u00ebrmes rrjeteve sociale, me deklaratat e tyre, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur gjuh\u00eb fyeses dhe diskriminuese ndaj komunitetit LGBTI+, duke kan\u00eb promovuar p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen dhe frik\u00ebn mes qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, sipas ankesave q\u00eb PZAP thot\u00eb se ka pranuar, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur edhe nxitjen e urrejtejs p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrmbajtjeve gojore dhe vizuale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPaneli, me rastin e vendosjes s\u00eb gjob\u00ebs si n\u00eb dispozitiv t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendimi, ka marr\u00eb parasysh t\u00eb gjitha rrethanat si n\u00eb vijim: natyr\u00ebn e shkeljes dhe ndikimit t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb saj n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, shkall\u00ebn dhe pesh\u00ebn e shkeljes, shkeljet e Ligjeve zgjedhore b\u00eb fuqi q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb subjekti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje si dhe faktin q\u00eb shkelja nga ky subjekt \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00ebherit subjekti politik n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfitues i fondit p\u00ebr financimin e subjekteve politke p\u00ebrmes buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Koosv\u00ebs\u201d- thuhet n\u00eb vendimin e dat\u00ebs 22.01.2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PZAP, po ashtu ka arsyetuar edhe vendimin p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin me nj\u00eb mij\u00eb euro gjob\u00eb ndaj Partis\u00eb Liberale Egjiptiane (PLE).\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas arsyetimit, PZAP ka pranuar ankesa nga subjekti IRDK, e cili subjekt pretendon se Partia Liberale Egjiptiane (PLE), gjat\u00eb tubimeve elektorale q\u00eb ka mbajtur n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, ka p\u00ebrdorur gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb PZAP thot\u00eb se si d\u00ebshmi, parashtruesi i ankes\u00eb ka ofruar edhe nj\u00eb CD, e cila p\u00ebrmbane pamje dhe z\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, PZAP ka arsyetuar edhe vendimin p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin me gjob\u00eb prej 1 mij\u00eb e 500 euro ndaj L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje,<\/a> pas parashtrimit t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb PZAP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas ankes\u00ebs, PZAP thekson se LVV ka vendosur poster\u00eb p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore n\u00eb shenja publike t\u00eb\u00a0 tafikut, mbi rrug\u00ebt publike, gap\u00ebsira ose godinave t\u00eb z\u00ebna, duke shkelur k\u00ebshtu rregullativ\u00ebn zgjedhore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, PZAP n\u00eb arsyetimin e saj ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se pretendimet e subjektit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr faktin se veprimet e p\u00ebrshkruara n\u00eb ankes\u00eb, paraqesin shkelje nga ana e subjektit poltiik, VV-s\u00eb, e cila sipas arsyetimti t\u00eb vendimit, e nj\u00ebjta ka vendosur poster\u00eb n\u00eb shtylla dhe n\u00eb trafo elektrike p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr tubime zgjedhore n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn \u201cEmin Duraku\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tutje, PZAP ka arsyetuar edhe vendimin e dat\u00ebs 22.01.2025 ndaj ankes\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit subjekt politike, LDK-s\u00eb, ndaj L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

PZAP thekson se LDK n\u00eb, me seli n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, dega n\u00eb Obiliq, ka pretenduar se LVV a b\u00ebr\u00eb shkelje ligjore duke vendosur posterin e kandidatit p\u00ebr deputet, Halil Tha\u00e7i n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn kolektive, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb komunale, pa leje nga pronari.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
